2. Services

JigyHost provides web hosting services, domain registration, email hosting, and related services. Service availability and features may change without prior notice.

2.1 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Payment & Billing

All services are billed in advance according to the selected pricing plan.

3.1 Payment Methods

We only accept payments via UPI and Nepali E-wallets. Payments via other methods are not accepted.

3.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only according to our Refund Policy. Generally, no refunds are provided after service activation unless explicitly stated.

3.3 Late Payments

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. Accounts overdue by [X] days may be permanently deleted.

4. User Conduct

Hacking, phishing, or unauthorized access attempts
Distributing malware, viruses, or spam
Hosting adult, illegal, or copyrighted content without proper authorization
Engaging in activities that disrupt our services or servers

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

5. Fair Use Policy (FUP)

JigyHost enforces a Fair Use Policy to ensure optimal service:

Hosting Resources: Disk space, bandwidth, CPU, and RAM allocations are based on your plan. Usage beyond reasonable limits may result in throttling, suspension, or upgrade requirements.
Bandwidth & Traffic Restrictions: Video streaming, re-streaming live TV channels, torrents, and other high-bandwidth activities are strictly prohibited. Unusual traffic affecting server performance may lead to suspension or termination without notice.
Email & Database Limits: Sending spam or bulk unsolicited emails is prohibited. Database queries that overload servers are not allowed.
Abuse Reporting: Violations detected by our system may lead to immediate account suspension or termination.

6. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content hosted on JigyHost remains the property of the user, but you grant us the right to manage it for service purposes. You agree not to infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

JigyHost is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services. Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, including abuse of the Fair Use Policy, non-payment, high-bandwidth usage, or illegal activities.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nepal.

10. Changes to Terms

JigyHost may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
